One Day Room Makeovers or Interior
Arrangement is the hottest new trend in the
decorating world today. HGTV series,
"Decorating Cents" features members of IRIS
and IADA Associations. This new concept gives
homeowners a fabulous cost effective service
We use what you already have to create rooms
as unique as you are!

How we do it...
A Home Preview is scheduled. This gives us a
chance to meet and discuss any concerns
about the procedure and an opportunity to see
the room prior to the makeover. I'll ask
questions concerning the family's lifestyle and
family needs. All this is taken into consideration
during the makeover process. At this time a
guaranteed estimate is given.

The Day of the Makeover!
The homeowner has the option of experiencing
the makeover process or getting out for a few
hours out (usually 3 to 4 hours for an average
room) and the makeover begins...

(Of course, if you have any concerns leaving your home, we certainly
want you to be comfortable and will work with you.)

Step 1 The room is carefully emptied by
removing all furniture, art, and accessories.

Step 2 The room and furniture are evaluated.

Step 3 The furniture is professionally arranged,
addressing any focal points and architecture.
This step is the foundation of a successful
makeover. The home is "shopped" for just the
right pieces. Lighting is added for ambiance
and drama, art is hung in unique, updated
style, and accessories are placed to create
beautiful tablescapes and vignettes. Your new
room will be warm, inviting, and visually
balanced.

Step 4 The homeowner is called and greeted at
the front door for the presentation complete will
glowing candles, fresh fruit, candy, or flowers.

Magic!

Cost: $100 per hr. (3 hr. min.) An average room 3 -4 hours.
Any additional rooms booked the day of the makeover $100 off

placement, accessorizing, and the finishing
touches to make your property "sparkle" before
an Open House.
